These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you and b9game governing your registration, use of the platform, and participation in all games, betting markets, and promotions. Please read them carefully before creating your account.

b9game prohibits fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software or bots, money laundering, and any other conduct that disrupts the integrity of the platform. Violation of fair play standards results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Players may close their b9game account or request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. b9game will not market to self-excluded players during the exclusion period and enforces exclusion immediately upon request.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b9game. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms are available in English only. The English version is the sole governing version for all contractual and legal purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.
To access Real Money Gaming features on the b9game Platform, you must first register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration, including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile telephone number, and any additional information subsequently requested for KYC purposes, is true, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. b9game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must notify b9game immediately at support@b9game.vu if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or real-money transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. b9game reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published in the b9game FAQ. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email before any inactivity fee is applied.
b9game employs both automated and manual age verification procedures. During registration, you are required to confirm your date of birth and acknowledge that you meet the minimum age requirement. b9game reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — to verify your age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle.
b9game may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or Real Money Gaming access pending satisfactory completion of age or identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by b9game may result in permanent account closure.
In the event that b9game determines or has reason to believe that a Player is below the minimum age, the account will be immediately closed and all deposits made to the account will be returned. No winnings accumulated by an underage account will be paid. b9game will report confirmed underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where legally required.
The b9game Platform is primarily operated for Pakistani users. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. b9game makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it is licensed to operate.
b9game accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC agent network. All transactions are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b9game reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with notice published on the Platform.
The minimum deposit per transaction is Rs 100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. b9game reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
All funds deposited into your b9game wallet must belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party for use on your account, is strictly prohibited. b9game will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, JazzCash account, or EasyPaisa account in respect of a b9game deposit is a breach of these Terms. b9game reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue recovery of chargebacked amounts through available legal channels.
Withdrawal of real-money funds from your b9game account is subject to: (a) successful completion of all applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) absence of any ongoing investigation or compliance review; and (d) minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500 per transaction.
b9game endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to KYC completion and payment method availability:

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days will result in account review and potential closure.
b9game reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, money laundering, or where required to do so under applicable law or our licensing obligations.
b9game actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and potential account closure:
b9game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have already claimed a promotion and commenced wagering activity under the terms applicable at time of claim.

Each game available on b9game is governed by its own specific rules, as displayed within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games are published by the respective game providers and represent theoretical long-term average returns — they do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure during any game or sports betting event, b9game reserves the right to void affected rounds, bets, or sessions and refund the relevant stake amounts to Player accounts. b9game's decision regarding malfunctions is final. Winnings resulting from an obvious error, malfunction, or technical glitch — regardless of the amount displayed — are void and will not be paid.
All sports bets, including cricket betting on PSL matches, ICC events, bilateral series, and other markets, are settled in accordance with the official event result and the specific market rules applicable to each bet type. b9game reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. In the event of event cancellation or postponement, applicable betting rules (void, re-book, or other treatment) are specified in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
b9game is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law or our licensing obligations.
b9game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where b9game has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, poses a risk under applicable AML or compliance obligations, or for any other reason at b9game's reasonable discretion in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting b9game's support team via live chat or email at support@b9game.vu. Upon receipt of a closure request, b9game will process the closure within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding withdrawal requests and KYC obligations. Real-money balances remaining at closure will be refunded to your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to 12 months at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended for all gaming and betting activity, b9game will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player, and b9game will not accept requests to reduce or cancel the exclusion period before its expiry. For non-material amendments — such as corrections, clarifications, or changes that do not adversely affect your rights — b9game may update the Terms with immediate effect and will publish the updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you may close your account as provided in Section 10.2 prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
